Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 7-day exchange or upgrade policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or product upgrade.
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
To be eligible for an exchange or upgrade, the item must be:

With all original accessories and components

In its original, undamaged packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Products may only be exchanged for the same product or upgraded to a higher-value product

Any price difference for an upgrade must be paid in full
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

European Union – Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, statutory cooling-off rights may apply.
However, monetary refunds are not issued, and exchanges to lower-value products are not allowed.
Approved requests will be processed strictly as same-product exchanges or upgrades only.
